Metal Buildings and Enclosures
When it comes to industrial buildings, there are many different types for various applications. A1 Sheet Metal, Inc. always tries to ensure that each customer is getting exactly what they need for their application; no matter how simple or complex.
Flat Panel Building
A Flat Panel Building is a metal building in which there is no internal support framing. The walls, roofs and ceilings are designed to be the formed in such a way that they make up the support of the building. There is no need for internal framing, studs, etc. The panels are designed to carry the load of the buildings including extreme snow loads as well as wind loads.
A R-Panel Building is a metal building in which there is a framed support structure (often times constructed of welded metal tubing) that serves as the main support for the building. There is then R-panel attached to the exterior of the building to complete the building and provide the necessary aesthetics. The tube framing is designed to carry the loads of the buildings including extreme snow loads as well as wind loads.
A Hybrid Building is a metal building in which there is a framed support structure internal to a flat panel exterior. It is essentially a combination of a Flat Panel and an R-Panel Building.
